You need the best people in the industry, who have the problem-solving expertise to get the job done right. More importantly, you want the peace of mind that comes from a project that’s delivered by people with the professional integrity, dedication and reliability your project deserves.

Power Shotcrete Shoring provides geotechnical construction services such as soil nailing, shotcrete placement, anchor installation, pipe piles, seismic anchors, cut-off walls and emergency slope stabilization for both commercial and residential construction projects.

So, what makes us the #1 choice?

Our veteran team and company culture. With over 200 years of combined shoring experience in the lower mainland, our foremen have seen it all. They’ve worked with the top geotechnical engineers and excavation contractors for decades. We attract and retain the best talent because we treat our employees like family. We do everything in our power to take care of our employees, so they can take care of our customers. Our customers keep coming back to us for this reason.

In addition, our project managers are experienced problem-solvers who work with our customers and the project engineers to find the most practical, and cost-effective solutions. They also continuously monitor the progress of each job, with ongoing communication between our clients and our staff, to make sure we deliver on project requirements. Not only do we deliver, we exceed expectations with our friendly service, knowledge, attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Most importantly, we stand by our work. We make sure you’re completely satisfied with the final product.

Want to know about our history? It’s the track record that has earned us the #1 reputation for reliability…

Starting out as Power Civil Contractors Ltd/ Power Shotcrete Shoring Ltd., back in 2010, our company evolved at the hands of owners Jarrod Vestad, Ian Turner and Daljit Gill. Though we began with excavations, many of our clients also required shotcrete shoring for their projects and soon the shoring division became our primary focus.

With growing demand, we eventually decided to switch completely to shotcrete shoring, pipe pile installation and ground stabilization. Mike Doucette and Nadin Kronstien moved in as partners, continuing the same tradition of great customer service, quality and integrity that helped build our reputation as leaders in our industry.

Jarrod and Mike are now leading the way, each with their 30+ years of experience in the construction industry. Supported by a great project manager (that would be Jeremy), our company  now serves clients all over the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley and downtown Vancouver and we hope to expand our services across Canada, as word spreads about our dedication to fair prices, safety and scheduling, as well as our personable and approachable staff.
